THE BIG TRIP -part 6
LONDON
We spent a day exploring London.
GUESS WHAT? THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE!!!!!
The weather was strange - cloudy, rainy, sunny then back to cloudy.
Buckingham Palace was not much of a palace to me.
The guards were dressed very funny!
The London eye was closed for maintenance which was a shame as it looked great.
Big Ben is very old as well as the Parliament house.
The palace took a while to find but the parks across from it were great,
filled with wildlife including many types of birds, ducks and lots of squirrels.
And the under ground was cleaner then France and Italy, faster as well.
Last but not least we saw Trafalgar Square and Picadilly from monopoly.

THE BIG TRIP -part 5
ROME
We caught a high speed train to Rome. Our apartment was just out of the city.
We had to catch the metro or the bus to get anywhere.
First we went to the Colosseum. It was amazing! (also had stray cats lying all over the place!)
Then we walked through the ruins of the ancient city of Rome.
The next day we went to an ancient church called the Pantheon. It was so awesome!
We also saw most of the popular sites like the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican.

VENICE
Once we got off the plane we got straight on a water taxi,
the streets in venice are water.
Venice is great no cars, no trains no bus just canals!
The food in Italy is fantastic,
lots of flavour and freshness.
Venice is so old its just beautiful.
There is flowers on every window sill.
You get around by water taxi, bus or feet.
Venice is famous for its glass and masks,
myself and my sister brought one each -pink and purple.
My brother Guy was interested in the ferrari stores.
